Gillmor Hall Expansion | School of Arts and Sciences

Gillmor Hall, named for Florence J. Gillmor (’38), a graduate and lifelong supporter of Westminster’s music program, is a 26,000-square-foot expansion of our performing arts facilities. With a focus on rehearsal, learning, and performance, Gillmor Hall will include dance studios, rehearsal rooms for choir and theatre, practice studios and classrooms for music and theatre, and student gathering/lounge spaces. The building will boast a grand lobby, perfect for art shows and receptions, and a gorgeous 100-seat recital hall on the top floor.

Gifts to Gillmor Hall with enhance opportunities for our current student-artists as well as attract new students who will contribute to the diversity of our performing arts programs and the academic excellence of our community.

Construction is underway on Gillmor Hall, which will be open later in the year. With a $1,000 gift, you can name a chair in the new performance center! Other naming opportunities are also available—contact Jeff Driggs at or 801-832-2737
